Burning is a commitment accountability tool built by a solo founder in Colombia. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. We've kept it short on purpose — you shouldn't need a lawyer to understand how your email is used.
What We Collect
We collect your email address when you join the waitlist. That's it. We don't ask for your name, phone number, or any other personal information at this stage.
How We Use It
We use your email to notify you about the Burning app launch and alpha access. We will never sell or share your data with third parties. Your email exists in one place for one reason: to tell you when you can get in.
Email Communications
You'll receive launch updates and alpha invitations. We don't send marketing noise. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send — every message includes an unsubscribe link.
Data Storage
Your email is stored securely through our email provider. We do not store payment information at this stage. The waitlist is email-only. No card details are collected or retained until you create an active commitment inside the app.
Cookies
This site does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. No pixel tracking, no fingerprinting, no retargeting.
